The staff were like family, accommodating and informative. Comfortable and clean rooms. Delicious food. Affordable and convenient location.

The location of the hotel was great, it was close to a big supermarket and the bus terminal, so it was easy to stock up on supplies and travel around. The restaurant in the hotel served decent food as well, so we didn't have to go out searching for meals all the time. The air conditioning in the room was also good, it helped to keep us cool in the hot weather.
The staff didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to communicate, especially when we needed to ask for something or needed assistance. The internet was also quite spotty and unreliable, which was frustrating as we needed to stay connected and plan our activities. while the hotel had some positive aspects, it was let down by the language barrier and the poor internet connection.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a bus terminal and a supermarket. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, providing information on things to see and do. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with decent breakfast choices and delicious food served at the restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a shaded area with fans and a small playground.
The weak AC system and spotty internet may be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

This hotel was a great choice for our Christmas vacation. We loved the friendly and accommodating staff. the breakfast selection was great with fresh and delicious options. the location was very convenient, close to a supermarket and walking distance to the bus terminal. We also appreciated the comfortable and clean room with good air conditioning.
the language barrier caused some difficulty in communication with the staff, but they always made an effort to understand us.
